- Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii may require an additional 7-10 days for delivery compared to other US states.
- Please be aware that deliveries to military regions are currently limited, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
- While the majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the specified timeframe, it’s important to note that the provided time period is approximate and may vary in certain cases. Some items or orders might necessitate a longer processing and/or delivery duration.
- For international orders, please allow for additional days if the package needs to go through customs. We regret any delays in delivery resulting from the customs clearance process, over which we have no control.
- Once your order is ready for shipping, we will send you a tracking link via email so that you can conveniently monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
A confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you, allowing you to follow your order’s progress. Please allow 3-5 days for the carrier to scan your package. If there is no information available, it means the carrier has not processed it yet. If your package is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
Please ensure that you provide the accurate address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
Once your order has left our warehouse, if you contact the final mile carrier to request forwarding or redirection of your parcel, please take note that we cannot assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during that process.
